Checklist for Change Processes
- Do you have a vision, which is adaquate and reliable enough to overcome the change phase of instability?
- Are you able to explain an employee without any preparation why the company has to change at this point of time?
- Are you able to make sure that the management team is commited to the planned change process and is willing to take even bigger risks for it?
- Is it assured that once the decided issues will not be underminded and the implementation of the decisions will be executed?
- Are the cultural norms of your company transparent, and is it important to agree on new rules if necessary?
- Do you have enough change agents, who are able to accept and support the change process?
- Do you have methods installed and proofed, which make it possible to visualise hard and soft factors of the change process?
- Through which media and information channels are you able to ensure quick information and discussion with the envolved employees and managers?
- Are the managers of the company aware of their communicative responsibility? Are they well prepared concerning their personal, communicative and language skills?
