Project I: Implementation of a Management Development Programme

Starting point: During the implementation phase of a management development programme, the participants and some managers criticized it profoundly.

Procedure: Together with the customer we analysed the programme structure and the implementation process. Targets and contents of the programme were defined more clearly and the programme was communicated more precisely. Through active involvement of the responsible managers the contents of the programme modules were checked, more precisely defined and described. After this process the programme contents reflected more of the relevant management topics.

Output: It was possible to develop and communicate a management development programme. It was more focused on the company issues, accepted and supported by the responsible managers. The programme is now is in the implementation phase and will be checked again at the end of this process.
